Happy Valentines Day to all... and Happy Anniversary En101!
What a year!
That's about the only way I can sum up our third year in business.
So much has happened in the past year - and so much is planned for the upcoming year!
We at En101 would like to say "Happy Valentines Day!" to everyone around the globe. Even if you do not celebrate Valentines Day, today you should celebrate with the people you love. Do something good for someone who is close to you, such as giving them flowers or taking them out to dinner.
Even though Valentines Day is mostly an American holiday, it could never hurt to show someone that you really care for them...any day of the year! That's what this world is all about.
As En101 enters into its 4th year in business, I just want to say how grateful I am that so many kind and decent people have joined this educational movement.
And I want to say how honored I am to be associated with so many people who are promoting En101 around the globe.
So many lives have been touched through your efforts.
So many people have been able to improve their way of life by having the opportunity to learn or improve their English.
As we grow into our 4th year, I want to share some things with you, some very powerful things I have learned.
First and foremost - English is a necessary commodity in the world today. It's no longer an option for people. It's the one thing that the world MUST HAVE. Countries around the globe are scrambling to promote English proficiency - they know if they don't, their countries could slip into oblivion in the years to come.
Second - everyone knows it. From pre-school, all the way up to universities and trade schools. From government officials to professionals alike. And especially parents... they know their children are going to be left out in the future if they lack English proficiency. En101 is not something that has to be sold... it only has to be shared.
And third - it is up to us to make sure that everyone - on every corner of the globe - has the opportunity to improve their lives - through learning or improving their English.

Richard McCullough, Founder / CEO, En101, INC.
Richard has been working on the "inside" of the Internet Marketing industry for over 12 years. During those years, he wrote many computer training manuals that have been translated into many languages, and sold in over 120 countries around the globe and has been involved in the design, development and implementation of many innovative Internet products. He brought the best of his ideas to En101.
In 2000, he met his future wife, Karin - who spoke no English. Richard spoke no Spanish. The international language of love prevailed, and the seed of En101 was planted. Over the next several years, the idea of One World, One Language evolved.
In 2003, Richard, together with his wife Karin (Director of Consumer Relations, Esp En101) began working on the concept full time. He ultimately brought together some of the most talented individuals in their respective fields, and En101 was the result.
Paul Mandelt, President, En101
Paul began his career as an Electronics Technician in the British Army. He later moved to Australia with his wife and two children where he worked in Energy Research for twelve years.
During these years of working his 9 to 5 'job' he worked with several network marketing companies. He became a believer of the concept of MLM and the importance of residual streams of income.
In 1999 Paul found a company that turned his belief into reality. Thus began his friendship with Richard McCullough and his current involvement with En101.com.
Paul has built and operated a conventional business from scratch. He eventually sold it after 5 years and took up Networking full time.
Mary Mandelt, Director of Education, En101
Mary has been teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) for almost 20 years. She began her teaching career as a Primary School Teacher and later progressed to teaching ESL in High Schools and English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to overseas students in higher educational institutes.
She was ESL coordinator for 10 years at a high school in Perth prior to taking up a teaching position in Hong Kong.

She holds a Diploma in Teaching (Dip. T.) A Graduate Diploma of Arts, Language Studies. (Grad Dip Arts). Royal Society of Arts Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language ( RSA Dip. TESOL).

He is pictured here on his television show called "The Michael Steele Show": where he is interviewing best selling author Harvey Mackay, author of "Swim with the Sharks, Without Being Eaten Alive".
